Paris is a wonderful city to visit, but traveling has become so hectic these days. Air travel is not only expensive, but also a hassle with the number of security checks and threats we constantly read about in the news.
This got me thinking about trying a bus travel instead of a flight -- I had tried it once before for my London-Amsterdam journey and it had been a great experience. Therefore, I went online and looked up my options, which told me that it would be a 7 hour journey and I'd have to cross the channel on a ferry ride.
Nevertheless, I went for it and just as I expected, it was great. Now I plan to go to Germany sometime next month -- guess what mode of transport I'm going to use!
